Skills and Abilities

 

Customer Service – I have an excellent skill set when it comes to serving the customer. From giving accurate information, to an explanation of an inaccurate situation, I hold a place as far as quickly learning how to distribute the wants and needs of any customer.

 

Communication – To communicate, an individual must be alert and understand any situation. Communication is a superior part of my background. I know how to converse and listen for all information pertaining to the current situation at hand for my future or current employer.

 

Leadership – As a leader, I’ve led many employees towards positivity and success. Thru my work history, I’ve have been placed in situations of leadership because I’ve proven that I’m alert, on-time and honest. Most importantly, I can get the job done.

 

 

 

 

Experience

 

Enterprise Rent-A-Car – Shuttle Bus Driver (2015 – Present)

  • Provide safe transportation for customers who travel to and from O’Hare International Airport
  • Physically assist customers with luggage and items
  • Provide information to customers on how to navigate thru the airport and the surrounding areas of the airport.

McDonald’s – Crew Member (2014 – 2015)

  • Handle orders and process the orders thru a software-based cash register
  • Safely prepare food in the kitchen and grill area
  • Positively greet and present customers with fresh hot food and cold beverages

Chicago Transit Authority – Rail Operator (2007 – 2011)

  • Safely transport customers to various places and landmarks throughout the city of Chicago by operation of a train.
  • Protect construction personnel from oncoming traffic and debris on the rail tracks of the CTA rail system
  • Give accurate passenger information to all customers who may be lost, unsure on how to travel using service.
